Fantastic Stay, Highly Recommended!

helpful staff super clean room stocked breakfast 24 7 coffee

The staff were amazing. Vanessa and the Lithuanian lady at reception were helpful. My room was super clean, and the daily cleaning was excellent. They even respected my DND requests. Breakfast was fully stocked with plenty of options. Tea and coffee were available 24/7. This was very convenient.

The pillows were too thin for my liking. It would be good to have thicker pillows available.

Service

10/10

The reception staff offered assistance with local information and check-in. Daily cleaning kept the rooms very tidy. Staff members were polite and quick to address guest requests.

Location

9/10

The hotel is close to bus stops. It is also near restaurants. This provides easy access to transportation and dining options. It is convenient for exploring the area.

Dining

9/10

Breakfast had a nice selection, which accommodated dietary needs. A tea and coffee machine was available all day. This availability made mornings easier, and I greatly appreciated the convenience.

Rooms

9/10

My room had all the required facilities. It was cleaned to a very high standard each day. A balcony with a chair and table was included. Double glasses on the door blocked any noises.

central location has some drawbacks

drain odor broken minibar

The bathroom had a strange odor it lingered despite my efforts to ventilate the space. also, the soundproofing wasn't great. Street noise made it difficult to fall asleep early. the minibar wasn't working during my whole stay and i complain about it several times and nobody fixes it. these issues impacted my stay more than i expected.

Amazing Staff and Great Location

helpful staff superb breakfast

The reception staff was wonderful and helpful. They helped with directions. The location was near to restaurants. We had a smooth experience. The breakfast was superb. The rooftop pool included loungers.

The drain had bad smells in the bathroom. This was a noticeable issue. I think design improvements are needed. There was just one towel hook. This wasn't enough.

Dining

8/10

Breakfast had good quality food but it was limited. They served the same items each morning. It always included fresh juice and coffee.

Rooms

9/10

Our room was clean. It had new furniture. The hotel provided coffee. Capsules were added daily. I appreciate the housekeeping service.

Service

10/10

The staff provided converter for my electronic devices. This was so useful. The staff really went out of their way. They helped in any way.
